In their first year of life, babies and young children do not yet have a fully developed skin barrier to protect them from external factors. Also, their sebaceous glands do not produce enough sebum for effective skin hydration, so they often experience problems such as irritation, eczema, dermatitis, peeling, or dry skin.
Biotiful Kids Body Milk is created with care and attention to cover one of the essential needs of our children's skin: hydration.
When creating the formula for this product, we used a unique complex of 4 essential ingredients: shea butter, sweet almond oil, hydrolyzed oat protein, and allantoin.
Shea butter added to body lotion has a nourishing role, preventing and treating dehydration, irritation, or mild skin conditions. A study conducted by the American Journal of Life Sciences demonstrates that this natural combination of fatty acids and vitamin K in shea butter is effective in combating redness or irritation in children's sensitive skin.
Pure sweet almond oil plays a moisturizing and emollient role in this composition, acting as a good protector of children's skin, preventing the appearance of atopic or contact dermatitis, thanks to the nutrients in its composition that provide an artificial protective barrier for the skin, as well as valuable fatty acids.
Allantoin is a non-irritating ingredient extracted from comfrey and chamomile roots, with healing and protective properties for the delicate skin of children and babies. Among the most important benefits for which we chose to include it in the Biotiful Kids Body Milk formula are its soothing, moisturizing, anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, cicatrizing, and re-epithelializing effects. It helps and improves the natural cell renewal process, also having a keratolytic role (gentle removal of dead cells from the skin's surface). Due to its compatibility with the skin and easy absorption, it plays an important role in preventing diaper rash or irritation in skin folds.
Biotiful Kids products do not contain paraffin, steroids, sodium sulfate, SLES, SLS, parabens, petroleum, phthalates, synthetic fragrances or DEA.
