I have designed 25 basic recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and functional drinks for you, which you can personalize and adapt to obtain over 60 variations of delicious, healthy, and nutritionally balanced dishes.

What does Nontoxic Cooking Club mean?

Cooking has always been one of my great passions, and when I combined it with nutritional science, I discovered that I could make health, happiness, and balance start in the same place – the kitchen. This educational program was inspired by a love of food, respect for the benefits of natural ingredients, and the joy of transforming cooking into a "I LOVE YOU" expressed to myself and my loved ones through a plate of food.

After two seasons dedicated to winter and summer, it's SPRING's turn, the season of rebirth, to inspire this program! This season is inspired by the aromas, colors, and benefits of spring. Just like nature, our bodies are reborn, and food is the best way to start and support this process optimally. Nettle, chard, parsley, sorrel, rhubarb, and mangold are just a few of the ingredients you'll learn to love and appreciate on your plate again.

I've prepared dishes with fish, beef, or chicken, and vegetarian options that will surprise you and transform family meals into a real treat. The 25 recipes are designed so you can enjoy the maximum nutrient absorption potential offered by the chosen ingredients in a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish. I don't want you to spend more than 30 minutes in the kitchen for any meal, and I've made sure that each dish will be easy to make in any kitchen with the utensils you already have!

My name is Angelina Cozma, I am an entrepreneur and the creator of the non-toxic beauty and lifestyle concept in Romania, through everything that Biotiful Brands, Biotiful - Atelier de frumusete and Biotiful Kids represent.

For 10 years, I have helped change the vision of health and beauty for thousands of women, and I have specialized in the area of scientific nutrition. I believe that nutrition is the most important aspect that each of us should work on.

I work actively every day to help women understand how to apply nutritional information and scientific discoveries to enjoy health and beauty for themselves and their families, both inside and out. It all starts in the kitchen!
