Magnesium is an important element, involved in over 250 metabolic processes, and AquaMag comes as a support in situations of physical and mental fatigue where this mineral is lost from the body.
AquaMag Oligocean is a food supplement based on seawater with a high concentration of magnesium. The production process uses pure seawater which, after solar evaporation, provides a magnesium concentration of 195mg per 10ml vial.
Ingredients : 10% seawater, atomized seawater (1800mg) of which 195mg is Marine Magnesium Chloride and Marine Magnesium Sulfate – 52% of the Recommended Daily Dose.
Content : The average amount of magnesium per daily dose of 1 vial x 10ml is 195mg or 52% of the RDI (Recommended Daily Intake).

In addition to a healthy diet, we recommend a 10ml vial of AquaMag marine magnesium diluted in a glass of water, to which you can add half a squeezed lemon.
Magnesium supplementation is recommended for extended periods. Like any magnesium-based product, AquaMag may not be suitable for people with severe renal insufficiency.
