Terms and Conditions

General provisions

The terms and conditions apply to online purchases, from the website www.biotifulbrands.com, and are intended to specify the rights and obligations of the seller (distributor) and the buyer (client, consumer).

The relationship between the parties is governed by the following normative acts:

Government Decree No. 21/1992 on consumer protection.

GEO no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals

Law No. 363/2007 on combating unfair practices of traders in their relations with consumers and harmonizing regulations with European legislation on consumer protection.

Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce.

Placing orders

The buyer can place orders by adding the product to the shopping cart and then following the steps in which he will select the payment method and enter the contact and delivery details. Adding a product to the shopping cart without completing the order does not entail the registration of an order and implicitly the automatic reservation of the product.

After completion, the order details can be checked both in the attachment of the confirmation message/email and in the order history section of the user account on our website.

By completing the order, the buyer agrees that all data provided, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete and true.

Order processing

After registering your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Orders received by 12 noon are usually processed the same day or the next business day. Products are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. In exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may be extended.

Delivery – confirmation

When your order is shipped, you will receive an electronic confirmation from the courier company, containing details of the courier company and the parcel number. In case of failure to deliver to the specified address or failure to pick up the parcel from the courier company's premises, the order is stored for a period of 14 days at the nearest premises in your area, from where it can be picked up. If delivery does not take place within the estimated time, please contact the courier company to expedite the delivery.

Payment methods

Orders placed on our platform can be paid either by card payment, at the time of placing the order, or by cash on delivery. In this case, the courier will issue a receipt at the time of delivery of the package.

Prices and validity of the offer

All prices include VAT and are final. Prices are those on the date of ordering the products, regardless of any subsequent price changes.


Product photos are for presentation purposes only.

Discounts

Our platform reserves the right to operate personalized discount campaigns. Products already in a discount campaign cannot be discounted later by using a discount code.

Protection of personal data

All personal data you communicate to us will not be communicated to third parties without your prior consent and will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data.

 
You have the right to access, to intervene in your data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to seek legal redress. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of your data.
 
To exercise these rights, you can contact the customer support department with a written request by email at office@biotifulbrands.com , or by phone at 0754.575.198 or you can personally make changes to your customer account. You are also entitled to seek legal action. You can request modification, updating or deletion from the database at any time. The data provided is processed for the purpose of executing the order. By placing the order, the buyer agrees to the processing of personal data.


Warranties and Complaints

It is good to know that with us you have the same guarantees as in a physical store. It is in our interest to address all complaints as quickly as possible, so that you do not have to worry about waiting for processing longer than necessary (3-4 weeks, the legal deadline being 30 working days).

Return request

If you have purchased products from us and wish to return them, please contact us through one of the means provided for the customer relations department.
 
The products you wish to return must be packed in the same box in which they arrived to you, together with a copy of the invoice you received in the package. Our staff will help you call a Fan Courier delivery person who will pick up the package and return it to our office. If, following the return, you are due to receive a sum of money as a result of returning the paid products, we will ask you to attach your full details to the invoice sent in the package so that we can make a bank transfer.

Product status

Please note that opened and used products that do not represent a quality defect and are not expired cannot be returned for health reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Promotion regulations

For each promotional campaign carried out on our platform, its regulations will be displayed in this section so that they can be consulted in advance by all persons participating in the promotion.

VAT RATE

In the context of the change in the VAT rate, orders placed and paid in full by July 31, 2025, 23:59, will benefit from the reduced VAT rate valid prior to the increase. Orders paid after that will be charged according to the new VAT rate in effect from that date.
