You've surely heard this term before. For me, BIOHACKING means getting your body, mind, and spirit to function at their true potential through simple, logical, scientifically proven methods, inspired by nature. The easiest method of biohacking is that of intelligent daily practices.
I have come before you as a woman concerned with personal and professional development, a friend of #biotifulwomen, Mark's mother, and most importantly, a great supporter of the development of a "new generation of women".
- Simply put, for me, BIOHACKING is the only lifestyle that filters ancestral practices and those of the latest generation, beautifully uniting them into a functional ecosystem for modern life. When we think about health, we think about many restrictions; biohacking eliminates all this rigidity.
