Return Policy

At Biotiful Brands, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you would like to return a product, please follow the procedure below:

 

1. Right of withdrawal

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products.

*The consumer  cannot unilaterally terminate (cannot return), under the conditions of art. 16, letters d), e), f), GEO 34/2014 , contracts for the supply of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned (for example: unsealed, tested cosmetic products) or that can degrade or deteriorate quickly, namely: food/food, intimate hygiene products, toothbrushes, etc.

 

2. Return procedure

§  1. Required documents:

• Include a written note specifying the reason for the return.

• Attach a copy of the invoice and the information necessary to identify the purchase.

§  2. Processing options:

• Indicate whether you want an exchange (same product) or a refund.

• For reimbursement, provide an IBAN account in RON (24 characters).

§  3. Contact details:

• Include your order number, email, and phone number for quick processing.

 

Important: Products cannot be returned directly to the courier.

Food & glass/ceramic packaging

For food products and those with glass/ceramic packaging, special rules apply, according to the legislation in force and for food safety reasons.

 

Opening the package upon delivery

·         Please check the package in the presence of the courier.

·         If you notice visible damage to the package or products, ask the courier to draw up a report and take clear photos.

 

Accepted situations for return/replacement
Food products and those with fragile packaging can only be returned/replaced in the following cases:

·         the product arrived damaged or broken (cracked glass, unsealed packaging, leaks, etc.);

·         the product arrived expired or with a shelf life that is too short (less than 30 days, in the case of non-perishable products);

·         the product does not correspond to what you ordered (delivery error);

·         the product is sealed.

 

Situations that are NOT subject to return

·         packaging slightly deformed during transport (e.g. bent boxes or bags, scratched labels), but which does not affect the integrity and consumption of the product;

·         changes in taste, color or texture related to the natural specificity of the product (e.g. oils that solidify when cold, natural deposits, minor color differences in organic/artisanal products).

 

General return conditions

·         Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unconsumed, with the label intact.

·         The return request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the package, accompanied by photos.

·         After verification, we will offer you either a refund of the product value or its replacement.

 

Digital products

In the case of purchasing digital products, the return of the amount paid is possible exclusively until the start date of the program, live webinar or course held or the receipt of the first video or informational material to watch.

 

WORKSHOPS, RETREATS OR PHYSICAL PROGRAMS

The advance payment is not refundable.

 

2.1. Preparing products for return :

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Please package the products properly to prevent damage during transportation.

 

2.2. Return shipping :

After confirming the return request, we will provide you with the necessary details for shipping the products.

The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer, unless the returned product has manufacturing defects or was delivered incorrectly.

 

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

According to current legislation, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer, regardless of whether or not they were used after unsealing;
  • Products/services that were ordered by the customer and were performed with their consent;
  • Personal care products that have been unsealed;
  • Food and other products for infants and young children;
  • Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • If a product from a promotional package is returned, the price at which the product was purchased will be refunded.

 

4. Refund of the amount paid

If you opt for a refund, we will make this refund within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise.
