We deliver quickly and safely, both in Romania and Internationally, through trusted partners:
For Bucharest and Ilfov:
• Delivery via Bookurier – in 2-4 business days.
For the rest of the country:
• Delivery via GLS Romania – 2-4 business days.
For international orders:
• Delivery via DHL or FedEx, anywhere in the world
Delivery time and cost vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can check the delivery status in real time.

Yes, we deliver internationally, anywhere in the world, through our partners DHL and FedEx.
- Delivery time is generally 4–7 business days, depending on the country and the weight of the package.
- The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the destination.
- There is no minimum order value for international orders.
In some cases, there may be customs duties or local fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country – these are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below to ensure the process goes smoothly and correctly:
1. Required documents:
• Include a written note specifying the reason for the return.
• Attach a copy of the invoice and the information necessary to identify the purchase.
2. Processing options:
• Indicate whether you would like an exchange (of the same product) or a refund.
• For reimbursement, please provide an IBAN account in RON (24 characters).
3. Contact details:
• Include your order number, email address, and phone number for faster processing.

Food products & glass/ceramic packaging
If you have ordered this type of product, we strongly urge you to open the package upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you find any irregularities or damage to the products, ask the courier to draw up a report and photograph the products as they arrived in the package. This will allow us to compensate you and replace the product in a simpler and more efficient way.
Digital products
In the case of purchasing digital products, a refund of the amount paid is possible only until the start date of the program, live webinar or course, or receipt of the first video material to view or informational material.
