Ice cubes must be stored in the freezer (for at least 3 hours). Before use, remove an ice cube from the freezer, take it out of the mold and wrap it in the provided gauze.
In the morning and/or before going out in the evening, gently apply the cube around the eye contour in a circular motion, then under the eye area to the nose. Repeat the process with the opposite eye.
