Organic Koroneiki Single Estate Iliokastro is a red-colored oil and represents a single-varietal Koroneiki variety. Slightly spicy and bitter, with subtle notes of red leaves, freshly cut grass, green apples, and rose petals. The oil's flavor base is full, and the aftertaste is intense and slightly peppery. It perfectly complements dishes such as carpaccio, beef, fatty fish, grilled dishes, and bruschetta.
