In 2021, we forgot about our soul, our mind, the thoughts that haunt us or prevent us from resting, developing, growing, and breaking free from the things that continue to hold us back.

Psycho-emotional health is an aspect that far too few of us take care of, and which, even when we are doing well in all other areas, prevents us from being happy, fulfilled, and peaceful.

We feel more fear, anxiety, and insecurity than ever before. We blame ourselves and project our negative emotions onto those around us. We judge ourselves, hurt ourselves, and stop ourselves from living the life we truly deserve – beautiful, balanced, and non-toxic.

Chapter 3 of the SKIN DIET MASTERCLASS addresses the problems we don't see, but feel – the worries, insecurities, fears, and shortcomings each of us experiences. Starting with self-love and self-respect, breathing techniques, and meditation, we'll cover how to heal from trauma, recognize past wounds and how they impact your present life, understand somatization, overcome obstacles and difficulties, and truly understand who you are and how that should impact your life. In this chapter, we aim to help you become WELL WITH YOURSELF or find your own path to feeling the way you want and developing to your full potential.

We've brought together 3 mentors, 3 inspirational people ready to explain in simple, warm, and empathetic words why you feel the way you feel, why you do what you do, why some things hurt you, others worry you, why you sometimes feel like you lack courage, that you're not enough, that you're not coping well enough, that you're not appreciated, and most importantly, how to resolve all these things both within yourself and in your relationships with others. You will learn what a healthy psyche and a balanced emotional state mean and what the enormous benefits of these are in your daily life and on your physical appearance.

Xenia Piciughin, Coach and founder of the WATU development and healing school, will explain the 5 main wounds we face throughout our lives and how to heal them:

Alexa Petrache, a psychotherapist, will help you understand not only how to love and accept yourself, but also how to understand your habits and reactions (including eating habits, stress eating, starvation, etc.) in the context of your fears and insecurities, and what the impact is of positive thoughts and good emotional nourishment on your physical appearance.

Silvia Purel, a psychotherapist and psychological counselor specializing in traumatology, will help you discover the answer to the question "WHO AM I?". With her help, you will understand the reasons why you don't yet know yourself, what goals you truly want to achieve, and the best ways to do so.

This chapter concludes our journey in the Skin Diet MASTERCLASS and is, fortunately, the most difficult and demanding – the solutions will not be represented by a food introduced into your routine or a dietary supplement, but by conscious gestures, actions, thoughts, and emotions for which you will become responsible day by day, until you achieve your goal.
