Stainless steel grater with four functions:

Coarse grinds: ideal for roughly chopping any type of food: hard cheeses (cheddar), as well as many fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots, cabbage and potatoes.

Medium-sized cereals: for grinding a variety of tender foods

Wide slicing: designed to produce wide, yet extremely thin slices of cheese, perfect for complementing appetizers and salads. Also useful for making chocolate chips, for example.

Fine grates: perfect for finely grating all types of citrus fruits (bread), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg…), hard cheeses (parmesan) or ginger.
