Organic chickpea flour, water.

For a 65g serving, add the pasta to 1.5 liters of boiling water (with 8g of salt, optional). Boil for 5–7 minutes over medium heat, avoiding stirring in the first few minutes. Drain and add your favorite sauce.

The foam that forms during boiling is normal and characteristic of legumes.
