Infuses water with approximately 1600 ppb of hydrogen – ideal for daily hydration, general well-being, and mild antioxidant support. 1–2 liters per day are recommended, consumed gradually.

10-minute program

Infuses water with approximately 3000 ppb of hydrogen – ideal for more intense antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, or for supporting athletic performance. 500 ml – 1 liter per day is recommended, ideally before and after exercise.
