VAI CACAO is a handcrafted brand born from the desire to restore the authentic value of ancestral cacao from El Salvador and to create an ethical, sustainable, and highest-quality product. The project was founded in 2015 by Juan Rafael and Elisa Parriciatu from Sardinia – two individuals united by a shared passion for social regeneration, responsible agriculture, and excellence in "bean to bar" processing.

VAI CACAO's mission is to support local communities through the sustainable cultivation of fine-aroma cacao and to transform each chocolate bar into a symbol of the balance between taste, ethics, and positive impact. The brand collaborates with small producers, promotes regenerative practices, and emphasizes the natural and clean sourcing of ingredients.

Each VAI CACAO product reflects the founders' commitment to pure quality, transparency, and responsibility – a combination of the rich soil, ideal climate, and traditions of El Salvador, blended with Italian artisanal craftsmanship.
