In recent years, I have offered non-toxic beauty and care solutions to the women around me, presented them with alternatives to the bad choices they made every day, and done everything I could to show them that the most beautiful and important thing in a woman's life is herself. During this time, I have come to understand what women fear, what holds them back, what they lack, and what they want. I have begun to get to know you and to discover that the vast majority of women lack one thing, the thing that I personally consider the most important - information about food.

Going beyond all the creams, cosmetic treatments or foundations we use, the basis of beautiful, healthy and youthful-looking skin is nutrition. This habit almost overlooked in 2021, nutrition has begun to be more of a necessary gesture for survival or a fad, a consequence of our everyday cravings, thus moving away from its main purpose - to nourish us. The way you feed your body is the one that dictates the way it will look, function and behave with you and those around you. Thus, the influence of the foods consumed on the long-term appearance of the skin is more than defining. I want to be with you and guide you in this process.

We designed SKIN DIET as a masterclass in everything that involves skin care and treatment through nutrition. It will represent a true guide for you that you can follow successfully and with obvious and proven results starting from the age of 20 and long after retirement! It addresses the influence of different types of foods and preparations on skin diseases or conditions such as premature aging, acne, excess sebum, facial hair and offers you quick and applied solutions to solve the causes of your skin problems or improve your appearance with the help of changes in your diet. What to eat, what to avoid, how to combine ingredients and what are the nutrients that you should hunt for when you want to have beautiful skin? Over time, you will notice that this program will give you the knowledge base and curiosities that will push you to study more, to document yourself and to ask yourself questions every time you encounter a new ingredient. Out of a desire to approach each topic in detail, I decided to structure this program in 3 distinct chapters. The first of them talks about a process that does not forgive any of us - AGING. I often wonder how many women in their 20s think about how their skin will look at 30. How many women in their 30s worry about how their skin will look at 40, and so on. Throughout our lives as women, this natural aging process is often aggravated and accelerated by the wrong choices we make in caring for our bodies or by natural stages and moments such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, menstruation, etc. The natural aging process of the skin and body does not have to be fast, brutal or unforgiving. Nutrition and a correct lifestyle are the best alternative both to keep you young for as long as possible, and to turn back the years when you feel like they are running over your face. Your skin, wrinkles, hands or body should not betray your age or look older than it is. I would like you to understand what foods you consume every day and the dietary mistakes you make that lead to accelerated aging and what you should consume to ensure that you have a skin and a body that will stay young, fresh and healthy for as long as possible.

Thus, in the ANTI-AGING chapter we will discuss how food can age or rejuvenate you and how to build a diet that will keep you "forever young".

Each chapter will have a registration deadline, at the end of which registered people will have a LIVE WEBINAR with me, in which we will discuss the subject in depth, answer questions, debate myths and controversies, and offer real, effective, and easily applicable solutions to our problems and concerns, as women.
