FANGST means "catch" in Scandinavian and reflects the brand's essence: respect for nature, Nordic gastronomic culture, and culinary craftsmanship. FANGST's mission is to offer tasty meals and snacks made from what is caught, gathered, or hunted in Nordic waters, fields, and forests, with care for the natural balance.

The brand aims to bring back the simplicity of nature's offerings to the plate – more fish, seafood and plants, less meat and fewer ultra-processed products. Their range includes canned fish and seafood (FANGST), organic plant-based products (HØST) and, soon, pâtés made with meat from wild nature and sustainable farms (VILDT).

FANGST invites us to reconnect with nature and savor meals with less stress, around the fire or at the family table.
