SKIN-DIET is a masterclass consisting of 3 chapters of basic education on nutrition and its impact on the appearance of our skin and body. Beauty without health does not exist; this is the fundamental principle a woman should follow in 2021.
The second chapter of the masterclass discusses NUTRITION, how it programs our lives, influences our health, and heals us when necessary. The implication of nutrition in beauty is more than evident, ranging from how your body and skin look, how your hair shines or your nails grow, to how you feel, move, and interact with those around you.
In the last 6 years of conversations with Biotiful women, I have encountered serious problems such as depression, insomnia, gastric disorders, skin conditions, concentration problems, diabetes, low fertility, migraines, lack of energy or morale, premature aging, the appearance of wrinkles at young ages, massive hair loss, and many others which, in the end, proved to be exclusively a negative consequence of poor nutrition!
What is nutrition? Nutrition is life – as you eat, so shall you live. The way each of us obtains food and nourishes our bodies is a matter of nutrition. Although it should be a mandatory subject taught in schools, in the 21st century we are more lost than ever when it comes to nutrition and more exposed than ever to contaminated, low-quality, genetically modified, or simply harmful foods.
Part of my mission has been to EDUCATE women in learning how to nourish their bodies to more easily achieve their life goals – whether you want to lose weight, focus better, be active at the office, play sports, better care for your family, gain weight, look and feel better, nutrition is the only solution that offers a treatment of the CAUSES, not the effects.
To this end, I have brought on board this program an expert in the field and someone I personally admire. Andu Preda is a scientifically-trained nutritionist accredited by the University of Nottingham and a researcher in the field of molecular medicine at the same university. Motivated by the confusion and wrong choices people make as a result of numerous myths, attempts at manipulation, and erroneous information present both in the media and in the medical or nutritional fields, Andu has set out to teach people to make the right choices for themselves, debunking myths and teaching them the basics of nutrition and how nutrition and sport influence their quality of life.
Together with him, I aim to provide you with a complete introduction to everything that nutrition and food choices entail, so that at the end of the program, you understand the causes of the problems you face, find LOGICAL, intelligent, scientifically documented, and easy-to-implement solutions, and have confidence in the choices you make.
