How does your body tell you that your mitochondria are exhausted?
Mitochondrial function naturally declines with age, but even faster due to modern lifestyles. Factors that accelerate mitochondrial damage are:
- Chronic stress
- Fragmented sleep
- Unbalanced diet
- Pollution and environmental toxins
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Accumulated nutritional deficiencies (including after pregnancy)
At 35, you can have 55-year-old mitochondria. Your body shows you this daily through fatigue, brain fog, normal lab results but multiple symptoms that no one can explain.
Why is CELL AURA not an ordinary supplement?
When I created Cell Aura, I didn't choose ingredients randomly. I built a complete mitochondrial architecture; each ingredient exists because it potentiates the next one.
1. Ubiquinol (CoQ10 — reduced, fermented form)
There are two forms of CoQ10. Most supplements contain Ubiquinone - the oxidized form that the body must convert. After 30, this conversion becomes increasingly inefficient. Cell Aura contains fermented Ubiquinol, the directly bioavailable form, which immediately enters the mitochondrial respiratory chain and produces energy.
2. Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) → direct precursor of NAD+
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) decreases by approximately 50% by the age of 50. Without it, no mitochondrion functions. NAD+ activates sirtuins, the longevity proteins that repair DNA, supports mitophagy (the process by which the cell cleans damaged mitochondria), and regulates the circadian rhythm at the cellular level. NR is the most effective and documented way to restore it.
3. PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone)
The only scientifically known nutrient that stimulates the creation of NEW mitochondria. It doesn't repair existing ones but builds new capacity through a process called mitochondrial biogenesis. It acts by activating PGC-1α, the transcription factor that triggers the formation of new mitochondria in cells.
4. L-Carnitine
Without L-Carnitine, fats cannot enter the mitochondria to be burned as energy. It is the molecular transporter that carries long-chain fatty acids directly through the inner mitochondrial membrane. Without it, fats accumulate instead of being converted into mitochondrial fuel.
5. Mitochondrial antioxidant complex
Energy production in the mitochondrion itself generates free radicals, a biological paradox: the more mitochondria work, the more internal oxidative stress they produce. That's why we included specific protection:
- Rosehip extract - rich in polyphenols and natural vitamin C
- Vitamin E - specific protection of the mitochondrial lipid membrane
- L-selenomethionine selenium - essential cofactor of glutathione peroxidase
6. Phospholipids for the mitochondrial membrane
A mitochondrion with a damaged membrane cannot maintain the electrochemical gradient necessary for ATP production — no matter how many nutrients it receives. The phospholipids in Cell Aura maintain the fluidity and integrity of the mitochondrial membrane, ensuring that all other ingredients can function optimally.
7. Essential cofactors: B2, Niacin, Selenium
Without vitamin B2, Niacin, and Selenium, the mitochondrial respiratory chain completely blocks even if you have all other ingredients:
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) → component of FAD and FMN, essential coenzymes in complexes I and II of the respiratory chain
- Niacin → precursor of NAD+ and NADH, actively supports endogenous NAD+ synthesis
- Selenium → cofactor of thioredoxin reductase and glutathione peroxidase
If you're preparing to become a mother in 2026, you need to know this
In the egg, we have over 500,000 mitochondria. Why? Because mitochondria have their own DNA, and it is inherited EXCLUSIVELY from the mother.
The quality of your mitochondria is key - how much ATP they can produce, meaning how much energy each organ has to function at its best. We are born with a certain mitochondrial standard, and this truly determines the quality of our life and health.
Mitochondrial preparation before pregnancy is NOT a luxury. It is THE FOUNDATION!
